Forum Add profile tabs on a custom page ?

I am creating a custom page, and looking through the api, I don't see a way to create a whole new tab like on the profile page. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am not talking about the nav tab at the top, it is the dhtml tabs on the profile page.

I only find articles that adds more tabs to the profile page. I want to create a whole new tab altogether on a custom page. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
