Good Morning.

I am creating a recipe board, where members will post their recipes as threads.

I have posted several recipes, and if I go in to edit them, all sorts of code shows up (BBcode probably whatever that means).

My members are going to be women who use Stand mixers, not programmers, and if they want to change 1 cup to 2 cups or flour to wheat flour, I need to have the changes be made in American text, not size mumbo jumbo that will confuse the daylights out of the.

Queston 1. How do I change what setting to use simple text
Question 2. If I change that setting will all of the recipes/threads I created then show up as code mumbo jumbo in the regular display thread and have to be reentered all over again.

Any help would be very very most appreciated.
