Forum Few newbie questions?

Hi all, This is my first time using VB, but getting there slowly

A couple of things bugging me the now though

Before you log in to the forum there is a message saying "You are banned" How do i remove that message? As none of my admin team are banned lol.

Secondly how do i change the colour of the names of my admin team to eg. red? And have them appearer in a legend at the bottom of the forum page?
