In the ACP we can delete orphaned threads and posts, but if we delete a user without first deleting the user's PMs, VMs, albums, maybe more, we are left with orphans and there is no systematic way to find them.
The ACP should be able to find all orphaned items - posts, threads, PMs, VMs, friend requests, albums, attachments, everything - in a consistent and systematic way. There's no reason to have any orphaned items in the database at all unless the admin so desires. This is simply good housekeeping.
When deleting a user, the admin should have the choice of deleting all items belonging to that user.
