Custom content types

This a critical feature of other cms's such as drupal and joomla. It's such an excellent feature that the CCK module in Drupal 6 is being integrated into the core of Drupal 7.

Can vbulletin CMS provide these? If you don't know what I mean here's an example -

The administrator creates a 'Car' content type. He gives it the following fields -
Make
Model
Year
Milage

Whenever a user wants to create content of type Car he has to input data into the above fields.

It also extremely useful in conjunction with the Views module in Drupal that lets you run database queries on custom content types and displays them in grids/tables/lists. You can then filter these tables by the fields of the content type. An example being, you would have a dropdown list filter for 'Make' where you could select from Ford, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Suzuki - and then if you selected Ford, only the Cars who's make is Ford would be displayed.
