[vB4] Stylevars Dictionary Doesn't Cover Everything?

I've gone through the Stylevars Dictionary and while it's been of great assistance, I noticed that it doesn't cover every section. Will another one come out soon to cover items not covered in this version?

Perhaps someone can help me out here. There are several things I haven't been able to figure out on my own.

1. How do I modify the background & text color of the "Mark Forums Read" box located towards the bottom of the forum homepage?

2. Is there a way to disable the icon legend box?

3. How do I modify the background color and text of the following rows in the Members List Page? Contact, homepage, last vist.

4. How do I change the background of the "Who's Online" page?

5. On the groups page, how do I modify the text and background color of the "New Groups" box located to the far right?

6. On "My Profile" located up at the top, how do I modify the Visitor Messages background and text bars which contain a member's name and message date?
