Forum StyleVars question

Hi,

on the posts page, what controls the stylevars for the color of the drop down menu for forum options, ad the "Replies" spot, obviously, control of drop downs are not the same throughout the system as the dropdowns on the top of the forums are fine. Any help would be great, I cant find them in the dictionary,
