CMS Home Page (CMS) Icons Disappeared, wrong address, doubled - help :)

On the home page (CMS), all edit icons have a wrong address. When I do a inspect element I see the following link to the Pencil (for edit):

>>>>>://www.mycockpit.org/forums/http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/images/cms/edit_small.png

Notice the double address in the link (I took the http out, at the beginning of the line, replaced it with >>> so you can see the whole line.

I did all the things like disable/uninstall MODS since I've noticed this

Where can I go to correct this? Any suggestions are appreciated __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
