As an aid to finding answers in this forum "vb4 Questions, Problems & Troubleshooting" ... If this support forum could have very basic sub-forums such as CMS, Blog, Header & Navbar, Colors, Forums-Threads-Posts, etc. that would help greatly. Of course someone would need to distribute the existing threads where they belong to make it effective.
Even tags and search have become increasingly hopeless to finding answers that I have no doubt are already here. Getting info gets harder all the time as people don't always answer threads they personally happen to know are repeat questions. I can't wait a day or two to realize the answer just isn't coming. Because it already exists, somewhere, even though I couldn't guess the exact phraseology that would find it.
Example of current futility: search on "cms," and there is no search because the word is "too common" - but how on earth do I know how someone might have titled or phrased in a post what I want to find out about???? Unless I guess what crossed someone else's mind I won't find it.
Thanks for considering this. It would go a long way to making this forum more useful as a resource.
