Paid Subscriptions Pay To Register

I would like to see a Pay To Register feature added. I know I can block forum posting and viewing through usregroups and forum viewing permissions, but a 100% block on the forum until they register and make payment is what I would like to see.

No seeing inside until you pay.

Registration page would have the subscription options listed, then when they complete the registeration page and click submit, it will take them to the payment gateway of our choice (im my case PayPal), after payment is made at PayPal, then it redirects back to the forum with the option to setup their profile or start viewing the forum. Not sure how to work in the email verification in there.

If anyone else would like to see an option like this please post to voice your support!
