When you publish a post in the CMS front page, the same is replicated in the forum environment. But the replication still incomplete. I agree that the integrated comments feature are important, but if you cannot replicate the entire post content, you loose page views in the forum. Today, only a link to the post in the first page is published in the replicated forum post. You need to interact with your users the best way you can. And Forum users start to loose interest in a replicated post that might to be a SPAM, and not a usefull content. Suggestion: Integrate the article's full content to the post replication in forum. The same content needs to appear in both forum and CMS fisrt page integrated articles. And still, maintain the comments sync. Now is a "sub-suggestion": when a front page CMS's article is replicated to the forum, your title has a default "Article:..." text. My suggestion is to use the primary category used in this Front Page article. If doesn't have a primary category, the CMS can up one level and populate in the title, the primary session. Something like: "News: .." "Environmental:..." "Politics:..." "Science and Technology:..." "automagically", and so on. Always using the category/session. And if you permit the article owner choose what prefix to use, the better. Like: "Choose the article title prefix for forum replicate (based on your categories/sessions or you can put a prefix yourself) -->" __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
