Forum Cannot Figure How to Allow Unregister user / not logged in to see others blogs

I created categories for the blogs, and disallows users from creating the own category so that they will need to use one of our. The categories premission set so that everyone even unregistered / not log in should be able to see the blogs. When a user create a blogs and select one of our categories, the only one who can see the blog is the one who created it or the admin, even the register users cannot see the blog.

My questions is how do I make sure I have all the area permission setup correctly? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
