CMS Preview button missing from New article etc.

I guess I'll try my luck here again, even though I haven't had much help on my previous issues, but I'm hoping not to have to open yet another support ticket, as the last one has been there for 24 hours without reply.

Well, like the title says, the button for previewing an article etc is not showing up. The image is definitely there, proof, it just isn't showing up where it's supposed to.

I looked at the template for this, vbcms_content_edit_editbar, and this is the code where the image is called for. I have not edited this template at all, and I just reuploaded all files today because of another issue.
