Forum Error while attempting to move attachments from filesystem into database

Hello:

I'm trying to move my attachments from the filesystem into the DB but whenever I try to I get a cryptic and vague error:

Attachment : X Error Upload of file failed.

(where X is the number of the attachment ID.)

I have tried everything I can think of, I've searched the forums and haven't found much info into this.

+ PHP is not running in Safe Mode
+ The attachments dir permissions are set to 777 including all the files inside it
+ Upload test reports "No errors occurred while opening the uploaded file for reading. "
+ open_basedir is disabled for this domain
+ attachments are working on the forum, they show up in posts.

What else? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
