OK* So like an idiot I purchase this "Professional Installation" option after the telephone sales rep states that someone will assist me in the installation and answer my questions. Now that 4.0 Gold is released I am told by a service tech to fill out "edit Worksheet" and no conversation with live person will be required. I understand the rush of the new release and the volume of calls that must be flooding vB so I go along with it. He states go to "members.vbulletin.com". No such luck. I search around and don't see the worksheet. So* I call vB to see if someone can guide me to the appropriate location on the website: THEN I'm told that because I don't have telephone support I can not speak to anyone. I must E-mail support. What the HECK did I pay $150 for ?? PLEASE tell me ??? I wish I could exchange the "PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION" for the branding free option because I am obviously not getting any consultation or feedback regarding installation. I figured professional guidance may be worth the charge; but* no guidance isn't worth it. I can run the install program like everyone else. I was accepting it when I was told to fill out "edit worksheet" but now being told that I cant even speak to someone regarding the "Professional Installation" I paid $150 for - I am a little pissed and feel like it was tricked ! I am new to vB and not starting out on the right foot ! I even called back 2 more times thinking that maybe I got "the new person" on the phone; but* not the case. This is BS. Should never have bought the Pro-Install. I am an idiot ! Hopefully the vB forums is worth the aggrivation I am putting up with now !!! Remains to be seen !!!
