Almost all hosting servers specify limits to the number of e-mails that the site software - like vBulletin - can send per hour when the site is hosted on a shared server not a dedicated server. It is almost 500 e-mails per hour every where.
As a forum administrator I should have some way to initiate an e-mail to members and specify to the vBulletin how much is my limit per hour or per minute and accordingly vBulletin will automatically send that e-mail to members on stages - on equal time intervals - in order not to exceed the limited number per hour.
This feature is already available in other forum softwares such as SMF. I think vBulletin as a leading forum software should have that very essential feature built in.
