Database errors. My ISP has dropped the hammer on me. My fault or theirs? How to fix?

Here are the errors they are questioning which is why they shut me down:

I can get to my database (forums) finally* but I cannot login or post. Almost like thoese features are diasbled. Their response was:

How do I optimize/fix this? Is it even my end??? I cant even log into my VB admin control panel to do anything if I wanted to. The web pages load at times but I get errors like :
