Admin CP Style Manager Improvements

With 4.0 having such emphasis on CSS* and now CSS having templates of their own* it has become very difficult to modify those CSSs. That is you have to look everywhere for everything and never exactly know where anything is. I know you can use the search function* but I haven't had the best experiences with that* and still is considerably inefficient. I think what would really help is a script which opened all the CSSs templates in the order they would be in a normal page with clear delimiters which CSS block belongs to what template. More or less like how the stylevars are done* you click on Blogs and all the stylevars for that section load.

With this system* people could use the F3 function and search quickly through all the CSS and make lots of changes quickly* effectively and with the knowledge that what the intended change will happen. It would be incredibly good if all the CSSs could also be downloaded as one file which would later be re-uploaded. Editing 61 files is not really feasible... and rather confusing.

I would also like t see AJAX for the > that expands all the templates (so there isn't a page load. That closing a group wouldn't close all the groups (also without page load).

I would also like to see some sort of documentation to see which templates are used where. Might be enough to just put the info in the box on the right which indicates when was the last edit. Something like groups.php?do=discuss would generally be enough.

Also please make edited stylevars red or something like that. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
