I'm a bit confused here, on the PayPal website I can choose between "Personal or Premier" account to setup. I want to use my account to both buy and sell on-line, and maybe even sell from my own website in the future. But mainly for selling purposes (and not buying). But both would be handy.
From what I've read, the Personal Account is used only for buying on-line only. While the Premier Account is used for both buying and selling on-line. However, I don't want an account that is going to start charging me "other hidden charges" because I choose the wrong type of account. All I want is a basic account that will allow me to "sell", more so than buying on-line. And can be used with eBay or a Personal Website of my own.
Which is the right account I need, that will cost me nothing in hidden charges, except PayPals take percentage wise of the sale item cost. As the name "Premier Account" makes it sound like a service I'll pay extra for, which I don't want too.
