موظفوا بريد البحرين يحضرون لإضراب عام

إن معانات موظفي البريد لا تنحصر فقط في مستوى زيادة الخدمات الحكومية بإنعكاسها على قطاع البريد، وإنما معانات موظفي البريد تكمن في مستوى المعاملة الغير أخلاقية والتي تعكس الصورة الحقيقية للشخصيات المسؤولة عن هذا القطاع ومن على عاتقهم هذه المسؤولية الوطنية. إن تكالب الأمور وتزايدها قد يولد حالة الإنفجار والإضراب العام حينما يصبح الموظفين كالقطيع تديرهم خيزران الإدارة المتعسفة النظير، والمتمثلة في الوكيل المساعد لإدارة البريد الذي تحيطة ثلة من الإنتهازيين وضعاف الأنفس الذي يعاملون الموظفين كالقطيع ويمارسون شتى أنواع الإرهاب الإداري والتمييز الطائفي واستغلال عقول الكثير من أصحاب الأنفس الرخيصة من أجل تنفيذ أوامرهم، وإن هذه المجموعة التي تحيط بالوكيل المساعد لا تمتلك الخبرة والكفائة ولا المؤهل الذي يؤهلهم للوصلول لهذه المناصب الإدارية والتنفيذية.

الجريمة الكبرى تفاقم العمل وتزايد حجم الإنتاجية وتقلص عدد الموظفين وانحسار القوة الأنتاجية،، مما قد يسبب عطبا وخللا حقيقيا في إدارة الجودة وتحسين مستوى الخدمات التي يقدما مكتب البريد في البحرين.
أما من ناحية تعديل النظام الداخلي والهيكل التنظيمي القائم على أساس تكافئ الفرص العادلة، نرى أن تعطيل الكادر يثير أسئلة كثيرة حول المسميات والحوافز والترقيات التي يخطط لها المتنفذون في إدارة البريد وعلى رأسهم رئيس الحركة البريدية، وما ينوون القيام به من الإلتفاف حول حقوق ومستحقات الموظفين من نظام التقاعد، الذي أصبح الشغل الشاغل لهم في كيفية تقليص مستحقات الموظفين.
أما من ناحية أخلاق المتنفذين ونقصد هنا (الوكيل المساعد للبريد والحثالة الذين من حوله)، نرى أن من اللازم فضحهم أمام الرأي العام وكشف مؤامراتهم الدنيئة في إهانة وتحقير الموظفين العاملين في بريد البحرين.
نحن في البريد نقدم الخدمات التالية(الشباك: رسوم الكهرباء والماء - تسجيل المركبات - التأمين - رسوم السجل التجاري - رسوم الحوالات المالية - فضلا عن خدمات البريد)) ((سعات ابريد: يقومون بتوزيع الإحضاريات التابعة لوزارة العدل والنيابة العامة والمرور - توزيع المسجلات التابعة لإدارة المرور - توزيع المسجلات الدولية - توزيع المغلفات الكبيرة - توزيع المواد الدعائية - توزيع النشرات الأخبارية - توزيع رسائل المصارف والبنوك والشركات - توزيع فواتير بتلكو وزين ومينا تلكوم - توزيع فواتير الكهرباء)) كما ان السعاة الموزيع البالغ عددهم أكثر من 170 موظف كلهم من الطائفة الشيعية.

وكل يوم نهدد ونمنع من ممارسة حقوقنا في التعبير عن مظلوميتنا في الصحافة والنشر، أو في الإذاعة أو حتى ما بين أنفسنا.
لذلك نوجه رسالتنا من خلال هذا الموقع للمجتمع المدني والقوى السياسية وجمعيات حقوق الانسان.

ونحن نفكر في إضراب عام يشل حركة البريد في البحرين،، وجميع الموظفين أبدوا رغبتهم في هذه الخطوة السلمية.
