Transferring A vBulletin License Gone Bad

I bought a vBulletin license used about a year ago when I was very new to vb. One thing I did not know about was the three month waiting period for transferring the license. So when the person I bought it from gave me screenshots of the owned license as well as the security question needing to be set. So I paid them for the license and they sent me the login information for the account so I login and set it up then send in a support request to have the account information switched to mine. They replied back that it was not eligable for transfer yet I had to wait the three months so I did. Well when I sent in the request at the end of the three months they asked me for some information that I do not have. So I tried sending emails to the email addresses from the members area as well as the email address connected to the paypal account I sent the money to. Well they both are not good addresses so I cannot get in contact with this person to get the information I need to get the license fully transferred to me. So is there anyway I can get this problem corrected? It has been to long for me to put in for a paypal refund and I don't know any other way of finding out how to contact this person. So has anyone else here gone through something like this before and if so were you able to get it corrected and how? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
