أرجو المعذرة ي أخواني

لدي مشكلة في دخول FTP

I understand your concern. According to the error that you encounter while connecting to the FTP is '421 Sorry, cleartext sessions are not accepted on this server. ', is because you are trying to connect via FTP. We do not allow direct FTP access due to security concerns. You can connect only via FTPES. You will have to use a FTP client which support FTPES connection over port 21. If FTPES connection is supported on the Linux command prompt you can use it or else you will have to use any FTP client like filezilla

You may try connecting using the latest version of filezilla(3.5.4) which can be downloaded here:
http://filezilla-project.org/download.php

Once you download Filezilla, Goto File -> Site Manager , Click New Site , enter the below details :
Host: you may try connecting using the IP or the domain name
Port: 21
Protocol : FTP
Encryption: Require Explicit FTP over TLS
LogonType: Normal
Username :
Password
