I think that vBulletin should allow admins to turn the "OP comments are a certain color" option on or off in the ACP. I mean, I can see the appeal of having the OP's comments a different color, but some admins aren't going to want to deal with having comments that have background/font colors that clash/are hard to read. This makes it harder on both the admins and the members on boards with multiple styles, like mine, which has pink, green, blue, yellow, brown, and red styles.
Since the blogs were not always this way, I think it'd be common courtesy to allow it to be turned off in a simple way that doesn't require editing every style or getting every user to change their colors, which still doesn't help if the colors clash with other styles. And note that I don't mean take it off, I just mean have an option in ACP where it's like, "Do you want users to be able to change the style for their comments on their own blogs?" and then have a Yes or No option. Something like that would be perfect and much, much easier on admins who really don't want to deal with it and used to not have to.
