السلام عليكم.
انا اليوم قررت التسجيل في جوجل بلاي بـ 25 دولار و قمت بالدفع من بطاقتي بايونير و إسم البطاقة مختلف عن اسم حسابي جوجل لأن عمري 16 سنة و لا يحق لي الحصول على بطاقة بايونير فقمت بالحصول عليها بإسم امي.. عموما بعد ما تسجل في جوجل بلاي و كل شي تمام بعد ساعة ضهرتلي هذه الرسالة في حساب المطور جوجل بلاي

يعني فشل الدفع بالرغم اني متأكد ان معلومات التي ادخلتها صحيحة لكن انا شاكك انو سبب الفشل في الدفع هو ان اسم البطاقة مختلف عن اسم حسابي. فذهب الى wallet.google.com/manage يحولني الى صفحة تأكيد الهوية

What will happen if I don’t verify my account? To ensure the security of your account, it will remain suspended and you won’t be able to place orders until you send your verification documents. Please do not create additional accounts.
How long will it take to verify my account? It should take 3-5 business days to process your request, but it may take longer in some cases. You will be notified directly by email once your information has been verified.

و طلب مني ادخال الاسم الأول و الثاني و الايميل و صورة من بطاقة الهوية و بطاقة الهوية الخاصة بالوالدة جاهزة و مصورة و لكن كذلك طلب مني صورة Billing address verification وفيها خيارات
Bank statement
و
Credit/debit card statement with the first 12 digits blacked out (Do not send an image of your credit card).
و
Utility bill

لم افهم هذه الخيارات و ماهي الصورة التي سأرفعها في هذه خطوة.
ارجو المساعدة حتى بأبسط الاشياء __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
