التقرير يكشف كيف ان السعودية والامارات لها دور كبير في تمويل وشراء ادوات القمع والاسلحة وكيف ان تسلح البحرين يفوق ميزانية ايران بالنسبة للناتج القومي والميزانية العامة ، وقد تضاعفت الميزانية وخصوصا الدفاع والمخابرات والداخلية فترة الثورة وهو ما يعكس قوة تاثير الثورة وهذا الشيء المعلن

SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association)- In a country is living predominantly with conditions of low economically, and housing applications reach 60,000 request end of the year 2012, according to a House of Representatives, but still "security expenses " take all most half of the state budget, according to figures announced by the government.
SIPRI in their report of 2012 said

Other countries making significant increases were Bahrain (14 per cent), Kuwait (9.8 per cent), Israel (6.8 per cent) and Syria (6.1 per cent), while Oman made a cut of 17 per cent

The figures show "the final account for the year 2011,2012 and proposal for 2013 - 2014 year", published in the report of the Ministry of Finance of Bahrain. The expenditure for security of four ministries for a" Total of BD 921,768,000 for the year 2014 from budget of BD 2,787,892,000.
- Ministry of Defense has increased in their expenditures year by year , from year of revolution 2011 BD 330,320,000 TO BD 501,980,000 in year 2014 ,which shows clear that all media talk about EU , UK AND USA arms embargo was just hypocrisy and the clear one when Obama administration sold the $53 million weapons to Bahrain by dividing it one million each sell to avoid congress
permission .
- Ministry of Interior has increased in their expenditure dramatically from the

year of revolution 2011 BD 197,104,000 TO BD 355,000,000 in year2014 that is all most double the budget in 2 years of revolution . This is reflect the fact that the regime continues to buy arms and weapons from all the counties , either direct or through GCC like SAUDI or UAE as it happened in tear gas from Brazil sold to UAE and used in Bahrain.
- National Security Agency has increased in their expenditure similar to Defense and interior double the amount since the start of revolution , It was in year 2011 BD 18,218,000 TO BD 27,300,000 in year 2014 for the agency responsible for cyber spy , activists monitor and collections of information to fabricate the stories of cell terrorists to overthrow the regimes.

If you see the infrastructure , social , health and education ministries the increase of amount in budget is the least compare to ministries of defence and security . This reflect the real situation of ruling holing the power is military and militia invaded Bahrain before 240 call Al-Khalifa.after the revolution on 2011 Bahrain occupied by Saudi troops.

Al-Khalifa regime with help of invader Saudi and money of UAE , continues to buy weapons and arms to face the internal political crisis. Al-Khalifa consider them self as occupiers so they recruited mercenaries police from Pakistan , Yemen , Jordan and Syria to protect their throne . Since 2011 the year of revolution started , the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Interior continue to make deal and buy arms and weapons to suppress citizens uprising . From the site Tactical Report list of weapons and arms just during the revolution time which Al-Khalifa has bought them .

Table shows that Saudi and UAE are the supporters financially and military to Al-Khalifa to do the deal through them of helping the regime . Reports also stated that there was no embargo on Bahrain to buy the weapons or arms and all EU continues to supply Bahrain with weapons.
