Illegal mix of collations utf8_unicode_ci and utf8_general_ci (Upgrade from 3.8 to 4.2 error)

Hi everyone..
I am upgrading my board from 3.8 to 4.2! I get the Language Coalition mysql error! I been doing the upgrade a few times befor, and I always fixed it by checking all my tables and editing the languages back to normal! Thanks to Lynne the admin helped me with a topic she made long ago, so I followed each step.

The first line of the errot is looking like this:

So basicly it tells me that there are a mixed of other languages involved right ? and i am using utf8_unicode_ci and there were 3 tables from vBadvanced which had a utf8_general_ci, and since I already had uninstalled the product, I deleted the 3 tables as well. Now there is no other tables with wrong language coalition..

Then I tried to run the upgrade again, and I got mysql error again. Right now my language is set to utf8_unicode_ci and all my tables are also set toutf8_unicode_ci, I cant see any other or different or wrong language code.. Now what am I doing wrong since everything is looking ook, but still giving me an error...

I even openned each of the tables to see inside if any other tables had a wrong language code! But all of them have the same as usual.

I cant wait to hear a solution to this, Because I used almost 3 hours uninstalling all my plugins, so hopefully I get some help fixing this once for all!
