Permission to edit Thread tiltes for specific usergroups

Is there any way to allow specific usergroups to change their own thread's title?


If not, please tell me about the existence of any pluings in vb.org to add the option.

If you are using custom permissions
AdminCP -> Forums and Moderators -> Forum Permissions -> Edit -> "Can Edit Own Posts"
