Permission to edit Thread tiltes for specific usergroups
 

Is there any way to allow specific usergroups to change their own thread's title?

If not, please tell me about the existence of any pluings in vb.org to add the option.

I know about the location of other settings:

In order for users to be able to edit thread titles, they have to have permissions to edit their posts (which is a per-forum/per-usergroup permission).

If you are using custom permissions
AdminCP -> Forums and Moderators -> Forum Permissions -> Edit -> "Can Edit Own Posts"

If you are using the same usergroup permissions for all forums:
AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> "Can Edit Own Posts"

Additionally, you can configure the Edit Post time limit and the Edit Thread Title time limit:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options ->
Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title
