Forum Getting errors when navigating to new page

Currently when we are trying to navigate from one page to another we intermittently are receiving the following error message followed by a bunch of random numbers letters and symbols:

Would anyone know how to fix this issue? it looks like a cookie issue to me, but i do not know how to fix it. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
