It would be really useful, if you would provide a real changehistory on updates. For example with 4.0.3 the behavior of the usercount changed. Instead of 4000 users i have only 1 registered user shown on forumhome on my testboard and it took me 2 hours to check why this is so... (becase they without emailconfirmation are not counted anymore).. I and was not the only with this problem=> http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...ght=statistics http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...ght=statistics Thats not the only "problem".... For example: PHP Code: // Deprecated as of release 4.0.2, replaced by global_bootstrap_complete ($hook = vBulletinHook::fetch_hook('global_setup_complete')) ? eval($hook) : false; PHP Code: // Deprecated as of release 4.0.2, replaced by global_bootstrap_init_start ($hook = vBulletinHook::fetch_hook('global_start')) ? eval($hook) : false; ok nice that it's commented in the code, but it would be nice, if that also would be listed in a changehistory. It would make the life of vB users and the 3rd party developers i thing much easier. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
