Social bookmarks icons not displaying, but set to do so

Hello, I'm running: 3.8.4 Patch Level 2 and I have a strange issue with mySocial bookmarks icons not displaying and double text links show instead. What's happening is this, I get double text links. The text displays.

Take Yahoo for example: here is an example of what its reading.

Submit Thread to My Yahoo My Yahoo

and these as well
Submit Thread to StumbleUpon StumbleUpon
Submit Thread to Twitter Twitter

What I should bet seeing is the (My Yahoo icon) followed by the text link for My Yahoo. This was working properly today, but after going into my Forums Permissions and enabeling the Unregistered / Not Logged In users to be able to view bookmarks, I noticed that my icons were not showing and the double text link appeared. I have tried to remove the permissions for the Unregistered / Not Logged In users back to the way it was, when things were working, but that did not fix it.

I searched the forums on VB, but could not find an issue like lime, please excuse if this has already been answered, can you provide me with the link to that original thread.
