Pro's and con's of V Bulletin Forum

Hi everyone.

At present we currently have a forum on another software.

The forum has by the standards and market we are in become large and overall a great success (Nearly 9,000 members)

We are looking at moving over to new software (importing posts and members also if possible) due to continual problems on the site and the uncertain future of the software.

Anyway to my question

'V Bulletin is our favoured choice of forum to move to but what do you guys feel are the good points to the site such as ease of use?, customisable look?, etc and also any negative issues that would prevent you from going with the software again (sure there wouldnt be many and feel free by PM if so)

Any general guidance recommendation would be great - Our member base are what you would call fussy so we if we are moving we need to know we are doing it right and going to something better than where we are at present.
