Receiving Frequent Database Errors...

Hello All,
My vbulletin 3.8.3 forum is currently hosted on a shared server with justhost.
On 16th-17th Jan some problems occured with their server's database due to which my site was down for about 2-3 days.

Now, My site was back online but I noticed that after issues with their server, I'm quite frequently receiving many vbulletin database error e-mails, I'm attaching one of them below -:

I'd would like to know the cause of these frequent errors. I even contacted my host and they told me if i'm facing issues they will move my site to their another server, However being a newbie on tech. side, I'm afraid to do same unless extremely required because I don't want to keep my site shut again for couple of days (or whatever time it will take), Moreover, I'm thinking if I tell them to move my site, It is still not cent percent confirmed that my site will be stable. I'd really appreciate the help of you all regarding this matter and what's the cause of above database errors?
