custom registration question

Before deciding to go with this forum option* I had a few questions about custom registration.

I need two separate registration options:
1. Standard registration w/email confirmation - this is to be used when people visit our site from desktop browsers or mobile browsers
2. Custom registration for an iPhone app. We have an iPhone app where we want people to access our potential forums and register super-easy. Since we can get the iPhone app users UDID* we know that the user is legitimate so we don't have to worry about spam. So* we'd like the following within the iPhone app:
1. We create a static page within our app with the following fields: email* username* password. (user inputs just once)
2. We send the form data along with a secret code to the forum registration system* and the forum system creates a new user login without email confirmation.

Is this possible? (to send form data w/secret code to create registration)

Or if it's not possible to send form data to create user registration* then is this scenario possible?

1. Instead of using our own form and sending the form data* in our iPhone app we show the registration page from our forum website but formatted as a mobile skin. The registration form shows only email* username* and password (one entry* no repeat email* repeat password) and no email confirmation. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
