I had wire transfer the amount of USD130.00 on 22 Oct 09 to Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd A/C No. 81252194 Bank Name: HSBC plc.
On 14 Nov 09* I e-mail to Mr Steve Machol* Customer Support Manager that I could not download the new item (vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite) * on 15 Nov 09* Mr Steve Machol edited my license so that I could see the VB4 Forum Option. However* Till now* I still could not find and download the VBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite. Could you please advise as soon as possible. My customer number is J298D00C3FC9.

There is NO order fo the Suite upgrade under your account. If you placed such an order that what is the order number?
