Forum Subdirectory went screwy!

First, I want to apologize if this shows up in my other post as well as here. I was trying to reply to my first post but it would show up then disappear then back again. So, I'm not sure what happened but I will post my problem again. Sorry if it is duplicated.

Anyway, what I am trying to do is in this post. And here is my response...

OK, I must be doing something very wrong and need help badly.

I did this on my test site to make sure it worked before doing my live site. I'm glad I did because not it's just a hot mess! My test site is at www.website.com/testvb

So, this is what I did...

1. In my AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details I filled in the component urls with
http://www.website.com/testvb/blog
http://www.website.com/testvb/cms
http://www.website.com/testvb/forum - However, this is also what is in the Forum Url on the same page, so it's there twice. Not sure if that is correct.

Then I moved everything from my httpdocs/testvb/forum folder to the httpdocs/testvb folder.

Then, I uploaded the 'forum', "cms" and 'blog' folders from the do_not_upload folder to the httpdocs/testvb directory. Then I uploaded the .htaccess file from do_not_upload/rewrite/apache2 to the httpdocs/testvb directory also.
Then I went to enable the Mod Rewrite URLs in the AdminCP > Settings > Options > Friendly URLs but this is what I get...

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I can't get into the admincp at all. So, will someone please tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it? I truly appreciate all help in getting this straightened out.
