Forum Move Thread and CSS Text-indent in IE problem

Hello everybody,
in 4.0.7 version we're experience a problem in forum moderation tool.

In particular, when you try to move a discussion from a forum to another, forum displays a page where you can find a select control for choosing destination forum. The options list is build using css style text-indent element in order to display forum hierarchy. Unfortunately, IE doesn't handle very well this style element, so the result is that for instance in Firefox our moderators see a tree forum structure, in IE a flat forum list.

Is this to be considered as a bug and does anyone know a fix?
