Forum vb4 password replacement

(Sorry for my english... I'm Italian...)

I'm banging my head against the wall for days because of the passwords of phpBB ... unable to convert to VB 4.0.

there is any system to change the login code for vBulletin using the system of creation and recognition of the hash generated by phpBB3?

alternatively... there is some script that forces vBulletin to reset all passwords and sending email with new passwords to all users?
