CMS Only Admin Can View CMS Attachments

Hi, sorry for the quick double post, but I figure it would be best to separate two issues into two threads.

I'm having problems with a forum I'm working on for a client. For some reason, all images I'm attaching to cms articles are only viewable by admins. This is strange because it's only happening with images I've attached recently. Some old articles have attached images that are viewable by everyone, and these articles are in the same section with same permissions.

I think this is a problem with attachment permissions somewhere, as the actual links to the attachments display in the source of the cms articles. When clicked by an administrator, they display the appropriate image. When clicked by anyone else, they display a page with a "Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" error.

Older guest-viewable attachment: http://www.secondwivesclub.com/attac...p;d=1282674640.

Newer admin-only attachment: http://www.secondwivesclub.com/attac...p;d=1283386487.

I couldn't find anything else on this. I've checked the cms permissions, the usergroup permissions, the attachment manager, the attachment options, and the attachment table in the database itself, and I couldn't figure it out. Is this a known bug with 4.0.4?
