Hacked Licence Sold To Me

I have i been sold a hacked licence from "khaleal" CustomerID = J9171DC8ACEC

When he has tried to transfer the licence to me vbulletin has rejected
him 3 - 4 times and he still has my money and is not refunding me,
could vBulletin please send me some kind of information to confirm
that he has not transfered me the licence as i am making a Paypal Dispute
and he is claiming he sold it to me and i have details to login which i do
but they are his details which if i start using them vBulletin will suspend the licence
so can you guys send anything to Paypal as i want my money back and i want to
buy a licence from vBulletin themselves.

If vBulletin requires the Paypal Dispute ID i can give that also.

Like i said i have concern that this user is using Hacked/Phished vB accounts. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
