CMS CMS problems

Sorry is this is a question that has been asked a load of times in the past.

With the CMS, I must be missing turning somethng on or there is a problem. And for the life of me Im going blind looking at how find the cure.

I have all my CMS permissions set for the user groups in admincp

But if anyone except me tries looking at the CMS they get the following problem

No threads I have changed to articles show.

No doubt this is a bit of idiot blindness on my part causing these problems
