Forum Where is setting to set to use email address to login for everyone?

Hi

I have read a number of closed threads that was about the feature request to be able to set to use email address instead of a username to log in with (i.e. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...ss-or-Username ) but I am not seeing this option setting in vBulletin?

Can you please point me where I can set this as the preference??

Will be moving to vBulletin, and my existing forum default is to log in via email address but show the username on posts - and users prefer this as can remember their email addresses, but not their username. So I can just imagine the huge number of support emails I am going to get if they are forced to use their username.
