I wanna program belt in the subtitle with the movie fast with samr quality To play movies in LCD TV

as with ordinary methode (making the sub name exact as the movie & put them together in the same folder) the subtitle appears with Tiny font with no capability in the LG LCD USB input settings to change the font
i tried mux it with movie by AVISUB also with SUB2DIVX but it did not appear when i played it in the TV throughout the USB STICK
So then i thought about fix it to the moive with SMART MOVIE CONVERTER ( it is easy program) but long waiting time also the most important was that it decrease the origianl Quality

Finally i hope u help me with >> Fast ,Easy Program which Built in the subtitle with Movie without Losing any of the original Quality , Without increase the size more than the Original Size OR the difficulty in selecting the endcoding Codec
