Forum Lost all graphics in my admin control panel

Hi, and thank you for trying to help me. I had PhotoPost Pro installed today, and although the installer says that problem has nothing to do with PhotoPost Pro, I explained to him that the problem only happened AFTER the install. Well, here is the problem.

When viewing my main page in IE, there apparently is a broken banner at the top, that wasn't there earlier. Also, when I log into my Admin Control Panel, all I see now is white background, blue text, and no graphics whatsoever. I am more or less a complete newbie, so please keep that in mind if you answer. I can look at files and change things, but I don't know where most lines of code are. This is what the installer said:

You seem to have a link to an image that does not exist

That link is nowhere in photopost its in your forum header and the same error is on your forum.

Not part of photopost at all

Thank you again. I am trying to resolve this on my own, and if I do, I will most certainly let everyone know. I doubt it though. What does the header have to do with the Admin CP anyway? Thanks again.
