"This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."

Upgraded to 3.8.5 the other day and now some members lost their avatar. Did a search and found a thread concerning 4.0.x that addressed the exact same error.

In addition to the avatars being gone, when I went to view their profiles I got the above error.

So, I disabled hooks, per another thread, in the config file. That resolved the avatar issue but not the error "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."

So, I disabled all plugins except vBadvanced with no change. I can view their profiles in the admin panel, re-save the profiles and nothing changes. I also create a new style with no change in the end result.

One last thing, I did move to urljet.com a few days ago, then did the upgrade, if that even matters.
