Suite My first real upgrade issue CMS does not display

OK,

I upgraded to 4.0.3 from 4.0.2. My CMS is not showing. The link to it is still in the navtab. When I click on home there is no content. When I did my upgrade I got an error message during the installation of the CMS though saying duplicate tables. That was during the second run through the install cuz as everyone knows they have not fixed the issue with 7 so you have to re-run the install to get past that step. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
