Forum Cannot modify header information - headers already sent

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent VB4.2

I need to find out what is causing this ASAP! Help would be appreciated. I have a very large forum and many advertisers. I cannot put any ads since site was moved to new server. All permissions are set correctly, I tried every fix under the search "advert". When I do try to ad an ad it wipes out the entire css styling for the forum! Help! This could cost me dearly if not resolved today. I have been a VB customer for years!
