Forum Groups show First Post instead of Most Recent Post

When viewing the Group Discussion listing in a social group I see the discussion title, The number of replies and then, Where I'd expect to see the Most recent Poster and timestamp, I see the First poster and the Original date and timestamp that the discussion was posted on.

In 3.8 It used to show the last post in that spot, is there any way to change that back?

In looking at the Social Groups on this site I notice the same operation.....Is this now Normal Operation?

See how the column to the right of the replies column now shows the First Post and time stamp for the discussion, not the last as it used to.

Can that be changed to show the last post? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
