Strange Impex behaviour

Hi all,

I could not find anyone with similar problem as mine, so I am posting this here, if this has been answered before, please point me to the answer and close thread.

So ... I am new vBulleting user, installation went fine, Impex was installed and I saw it and even completed first module and usergroup import module form my running phpbb3 installation.

But when I tried to import users, Impex started to act strange - I can not even start it again ...

.. when I try to go to Import -> Import option, my browser is not opening module list page any more, yet it is trying to download index.php file?!

Why is this, why it is not running as it was first time it worked, where to look for an problem, and how to solve it? Is it Impex or vBulleting error at all?

Note: vBulleting administration and forums are working fine, so I guess this is not my server error or something, right?
