vBulletin expiring in May

Hi there,

I think I am following the right procedure here, so please no yelling if this is wrong.

My forum license comes due in May.

I am confused as to what the options are?

I read that some people are not upgrading to 4.0, is that an option? I want to keep my copy licensed and all that, I just have not decided about the move to 4.0 yet?
